Four purpose-built rovers that take a hull from first wash to final record.

The BlueForge fleet

Four rovers. Each built for one job on the hull.

Every rover is designed around a single task and works under remote supervision, so your crews stay clear of the hardest work in the dock.

  1. 01

    Hydro-blasting rover

    Washes the hull clean

Our hydro-blasting rover climbs the hull and clears marine growth, salt and loose coating using water alone. There is no abrasive and no dust cloud, just a clean surface ready for whatever comes next in the docking.

    • A clean hull without abrasive dust
    • Steady work through every shift under remote supervision
    • Every cleaned area added to your hull record

  2. 02

    Grit-blasting rover

Takes the hull back to bare steel

When coating has failed, the grit-blasting rover strips old paint and rust evenly across large areas of the hull. It adapts as the surface changes, so the new coating goes onto a sound, consistent base.

    • No crew standing in the blast zone
    • The same finish on every square metre
    • Less rework before painting begins

  3. 03

    Painting rover

    Puts the coating on evenly

The painting rover applies coating in steady, overlapping passes to your paint maker’s specification. The result is an even film with less overspray, fewer touch-ups and a finish that lasts until the next docking.

    • Less paint lost to overspray
    • Even coverage from keel to boot-top
    • Painters kept away from fumes and heights

  4. 04

    Inspection rover

Shows you exactly what is there

The inspection rover surveys the condition of steel and coating and pins every finding to its exact place on the hull. Owners, superintendents and surveyors see the same picture, so decisions rest on facts rather than guesswork.

    • Findings mapped to the hull, not scattered in notes
    • A clear report for owners, managers and class
    • A baseline that makes the next docking faster to plan

  1. InspectKnow the starting condition of steel and coating.
  2. WashClear marine growth, salt and loose paint.
  3. BlastTake failed areas back to sound steel.
  4. PaintApply coating to the maker’s specification.
  5. RecordHand over a verified record of the work.
